A fastening pin for securing a covering membrane to a defective bone area filled with reconstructive bone material with surrounding endogenous bone. The head of the pin has a larger diameter so that it can be acted upon by a pressure and/or striking tool and has a pin shaft adjacent thereto of a smaller diameter which has an essentially cylindrical holder and, adjacent thereto, a portion essentially tapering to a point. The transitional area between the holder and the pointed portion has an annular shoulder of a larger diameter which extends towards the point of the pin with a conical surface diagonally into the surface of the point and adjoins the holder in a barb-like manner with an annular surface extending essentially at right angles to the longitudinal axis of the fastening pin towards the head of the pin.

Broche permettant de fixer une membrane de recouvrement à une zone osseuse endommagée remplie d'un matériau de reconstruction et aux tissus osseux endogènes environnants. La broche est munie d'une tête à diamètre élargi sur laquelle on peut pousser et/ou frapper au moyen d'un outil. La tige de la broche contiguë à la tête présente un diamètre inférieur à cette dernière. Elle comprend un élément de rétention essentiellement cylindrique situé près d'une section qui se prolonge essentiellement en forme de pointe. La partie de transition entre l'élément de rétention et la partie en pointe est munie d'un rebord annulaire de diamètre supérieur qui se prolonge vers la pointe de la broche, et dont la surface conique est en diagonale par rapport à la surface de la pointe. Le rebord est placé près de l'élément de rétention de manière à former une espèce de barbelure. La surface annulaire du rebord s'étend essentiellement à angles droits par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de la broche, vers la tête de cette dernière.
