The invention relates to services which are realised in communications networks (KN), preferably an internet with service classes. Said network (KN) transmits packets (PA) and/or packet flows (ST) according to the quality of service (DG) in a packet-oriented manner. Utilisation (NU) of the service (DI) is requested from a control (SF) which allocates a quality of service (DG) for the requested utilisation (NU) according to the service (DI) and/or the requested utilisation (NU) of the service (DI). A VoIP service can be used in accordance with the required quality of service, whereby said VoIP service is realised according to international standard H.323.

L'invention concerne un service (DI) qui est réalisé dans au moins un réseau de communication (KN) de préférence Internet doté de classes de services destiné à la transmission orientée paquets depaquets (PA) et/ou de flux de paquets (ST) en fonction de qualités de services (DG). Une utilisation (NU) du service (DI) est demamdée à un dispositif de commande (SF) qui attribue une qualité deservice (DG) pour l'utilisation demandée (NU) en fonction du service (DI) et/ou de l'utilisation demandée (NU) du service (DI). Cela permet d'utiliser un service VoIP réalisé selon la norme internationale H.323 avec la qualité de service nécessaire.
