The object of the invention is a filtration unit (1) intended to allow the selective deleukocytation of a fluid containing blood platelets such as blood or a blood component, of the type comprising an external enclosure (2) provided with at least one inlet orifice (3) and at least one outlet orifice (4), the enclosure (2) enclosing a porous element (5) comprising a medium (8) for deleukocytation by adsorption and/or filtration of the leukocytes, the medium being formed by at least one layer (9) of non-woven fabric based on polyurethane which has been treated by gas plasma. The invention also concerns bag systems comprising such a unit.
