The invention relates to a method for the continuous production of copolyamides which are based on a lactame (I), a diamine (II) and a dicarboxylic acid (III). The inventive method is characterised in that a mixture (IV) containing a diamine (II), a dicarboxylic acid (III) and water is converted to a polymer in a first reaction area at a pressure of 1,3*10 5 to 2,5*10 5 Pa in the entry part of the reaction area, at a temperature above the melting point of the polymer (V) and with a degree of conversion of at least 80 % in relation to the molar quantities of diamine (II) and dicarboxylic acid (III), in that a mixture (VI) containing lactame (I) and water is converted to a polymer (VII) in a second reaction area at a pressure of 5*10 5 to 40*10 5 Pa, at a temperature above the melting point of the polymer (VII) and with a degree of conversion of at least 80 % in relation to the molar quantity of lactame (I), in that polymer (V) and polymer (VII) are then reacted with each other in a third reaction area at a pressure of 1*10 5 to 1,5*10 5 Pa in the entry part of the reaction area, at temperatures above the melting temperature of the polymer (VIII), to produce the polymer (VIII). Polymer (VIII) contains a maximum of 10 wt. % constituents that are extractable with water at a temperature of 95 °C, in relation to lactame (I), diamine (II) and dicarboxylic acid (III). The polymer (VIII) is then extracted with water so as to obtain the copolyamide. The invention also relates to copolyamides obtained using this method and to their use in the production of fibres, sheet structures and moulded bodies which are based on these copolyamides.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production continue de copolyamides qui sont à base d'un lactame (I), d'une diamine (II) et d'un acide dicarboxylique (III). Ce procédé consiste à transformer en polymère (V) un mélange (IV) contenant une diamine (II), un acide dicarboxylique (III) et de l'eau dans une première zone de réaction pour une pression à l'entrée de cette zone de réaction comprise entre 1,3*10<5> et 2,5*10<5> Pa, une température supérieure au point de fusion du polymère (V) et un taux de réaction d'au moins 80 % par rapport aux quantités molaires de diamine (II) et d'acide dicarboxylique (III) ; à transformer en polymère (VII) un mélange (VI) contenant du lactame (I) et de l'eau dans une deuxième zone de réaction pour un pression comprise entre 5*10<5> et 40*10<5> Pa, une température supérieure au point de fusion du polymère (VII) et un taux de réaction d'au moins 80 % par rapport à la quantité molaire du lactame (I); ensuite à transformer en polymère (VIII) le polymère (V) et le polymère (VII) dans une troisième zone de réaction pour une pression à l'entrée de cette zone de réaction comprise entre 1*10<5> et 1,5*10<5> Pa, des températures supérieures au point de fusion du polymère (VIII), le polymère (VIII) ayant un taux de constituants extractibles par de l'eau à une température de 95 DEG C, d'au moins 10 % en poids par rapport au lactame (I), à la diamine (II) et à l'acide dicarboxylique (III), et enfin le polymère (VIII) est extrait par de l'eau pour obtenir le copolyamide. L'invention concerne également les copolyamides obtenus selon ce procédé, leur utilisation pour produire des fibres, des structures plates et des corps moulés, tels des fibres, des structures plates et des corps moulés à base de ces copolyamides.
