A disposable child resistant interlocking container and lid house presoaked single or partially connected disposable towelettes (46). Said container and lid are made of semi-flexible material(s) so it can be repeatedly opened and closed without fracturing. Said container body is designed to intercept said container lid into container body receptions. Said towelettes are made of semi-absorbent composition to effectively absorb said presoaked solutions and are capable of minimal smearing or smudging of paint solutions. Towelettes are presoaked in mineral spirits solutions or paint thinner to effectively remove nonoil and oil base paint solutions.
