Methods for the preparation of chromatographic resins comprising a support matrix having ligands capable of binding a target compound covalently attached thereto through a linking group comprising sulfide, sulfoxide, sulfone or sulfonate functionality. Specifically, in the disclosed methods, a support matrix comprising ethylenically unsaturated functionality is contacted with a thiol group or a bisulfite salt under free radical reaction conditions. In the case of the reaction with the thiol group, subsequent optional oxidation of the sulfide to the sulfone or sulfoxide functionality may occur.
L'invention porte sur des procédés de préparation de résines chromatographiques comportant une matrice support présentant des ligands pouvant se fixer à un composé cible lui étant fixé par covalence par l'intermédiaire d'un groupe de liaison à fonction sulfure, sulfoxyde, sulfone ou sulfonate. L'un d'eux consiste plus particulièrement à mettre en contact une matrice support à fonctions éthyléniquement insaturées avec un groupe thiol ou un bisulfite dans des conditions de réaction à radicaux libres. En cas de réaction avec le groupe thiol, la fonction sulfure peut éventuellement se transformer par oxydation en fonction sulfone ou sulfoxyde.
