- 5 - ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A baling machine for baling selected numbers of packages containing product into bale bags. Packages are transported to a loading station where they are dropped individually, into an open bale bag at a fillin station. The full bag is then transported horizontally to a bag closing station and then to a discharge station. Where the filled bale bag is ejected. The machine also includes a bag opening station which precedes the filling station and a continuous driver moves the bag from the opening station, to the filling station, to the closing station and then to the discharge station.
