The invention relates to a method for the production of resistant covering elements for building surfaces or the like, especially for the production of decorative floor covering elements, consisting of several layers which are assembled in a sandwich-type construction by applying pressure and heat. Said covering elements have an upper transparent face sheet (2) on the decorative side, a decorative layer (4), a support plate (5) and a lower face sheet (6). The upper face sheet (2) is prefabricated from a support layer (7), in which an abrasion-resistant material (8) is embedded and which is provided with a bonding material (9). The decorative layer (4) is applied to the support plate (5) or in the bottom side (2b) area of the upper face sheet (2) and is processed together with the support plate (5) or the upper face sheet to form a prefabricated layer.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire des éléments de revêtement résistants pour surfaces de bâtiments ou similaires, notamment des éléments de revêtement décoratifs pour sols, à l'aide de plusieurs couches, assemblées par compression et apport de chaleur, en structure sandwich. Ces éléments de revêtement comprennent une couche de protection supérieure (2) transparente, prévue sur la face décorative, une couche décorative (4), une plaque support (5) et une couche de protection inférieure (6). La couche de protection supérieure (2) est préfabriquée à partir d'une couche support (7) dans laquelle est incorporé un matériau (8) résistant à l'usure et qui est munie d'un liant (9). La couche décorative (4) est appliquée sur la plaque support (5) ou dans la zone de la face inférieure (2b) de la couche de protection supérieure (2), et est traitée conjointement avec la plaque support (5) ou la couche de protection supérieure (2) pour former une couche préfabriquée.
