A method is revealed to optimize the performance of a computer by creating purpose--specific sections in its main non-volatile storage medium. Said method creates a basic set of purpose-specific sections in order to separate, at a physical level and at a logical level, vital elements for equipment operation such as operating system, dynamic files, applications and user's files. Optionally, the method creates an additional set of purpose--specific sections for storing other non-vital elements separated in like manner. A secondary method, which supplements the previous one in order to quickly optimize an unlimited number of identical computers, is also shown. For users and owners of a computer, as well as for the technicians that serve them, using this invention optimizes the time and results attained by the remote or on-site execution of those tasks required to improve performance, information security, and availability of computing resources during the system's lifespan. Among such tasks are file defragmentation, data backup, damage repair of installed software, deep cleansing of malware, and the use of preventive and corrective maintenance tools and techniques. Such benefits are unattainable simultaneously by means of the traditional techniques or the optimization proposals published to date.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'optimisation du fonctionnement d'un ordinateur grâce à l'utilisation de sections aux fonctions spécifiques dans la mémoire principale non volatile, consistant à créer un ensemble de base fait de sections de ce type afin de séparer, au niveau physique et au niveau logique, les élément essentiels au fonctionnement du matériel tels que le système d'exploitation, les archives dynamiques, les applications et les archives de l'utilisateur, ledit procédé consistant également, éventuellement, à créer un ensemble supplémentaire de stockage d'éléments non essentiels séparés de la même façon. L'invention concerne également un procédé secondaire complémentaire au premier procédé, permettant d'optimiser rapidement un nombre libre d'ordinateurs identiques. L'invention concerne en outre une mémoire principale non volatile optimisée grâce à l'utilisation d'un desdits procédés. L'application de cette invention présente un certain nombre d'avantages pour le propriétaire du matériel, tels que la minimisation de la fragmentation des archives et l'obtention d'un ensemble de bénéfices garantis, par exemple une utilisation maximale avec le moins de ressources possible, un système de plus grande sécurité pour les archives, une défragmentation optimisée de la mémoire principale non volatile et le meilleur rapport coût-bénéfices, impossibles à obtenir en même temps avec les techniques classiques ou les propositions d'optimisation publiées jusqu'ici.
