Abstract Not Yet Available The present invention concerns a safety closure cap which includes a main handle having an internal first toothed cap, a second free toothed cap, a coil spring, a tightening screw and a cap. The Safety closure cap can be installed in a standard mode that has only one predetermined position or in a safety mode that has two predetermined positions. In a first position of the safety mode, the handle interlocks with the water valve system making it possible to operate and in the second position of the safety mode, the handle will turn freely from the water valve system.
