The invention relates to a device for fastening façade plates (2), comprising a threaded bar (4) which extends from a holding element (3). Said holding element (3) is provided with an annular space (6) at the first end (E1) thereof, which is located near the threaded bar (4). Said annular space (6) encompasses a wall (10) that is made of an elastic material. A channel (7) extends from the annular space (6) to a second end (E2) which is located at a distance from the threaded bar (4) while a valve (8), by means of which the channel (7) can be sealed, is provided at the second end (E2).

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour fixer des plaques de façade (2), comportant une tige filetée (4) qui s'étend à partir d'un élément de retenue (3). Ledit élément de retenue (3) présente, à sa première extrémité (E1) située à proximité de la tige filetée (4), un espace annulaire (6) dont une paroi (10) est constituée d'un matériau élastique.
