A lid assembly comprising a lid portion (2) and a frame portion (4), one said portion being adapted to receive the other portion to seal a container (12) fitted with the lid assembly wherein the receiving portion has tamper-evident means connected thereto as a frangible bridge (24) while the other portion has a hinged tab (28) and wherein, in the untampered state, the frangible bridge (24) is intact and prevents rotation of the hinged tab while, on breaking the frangible bridge, the hinged tab (28) is able to rotate about its hinge, allowing opening of the lid.
L'invention concerne un assemblage de couvercle comprenant une partie de couvercle et une partie de cadre, une desdites parties étant conçue pour recevoir l'autre partie de manière à réaliser l'étanchéité d'un contenant doté de l'assemblage de couvercle, la partie de réception présentant un moyen d'indication d'effraction étant relié à cette partie de réception en tant que partie de liaison destructible, tandis que l'autre partie présente une languette articulée et, dans un état de non effraction, la partie de liaison destructible restant intact et empêchant une rotation de la languette articulée, tandis que lors de la rupture de la partie de liaison destructible, la languette articulée peut effectuer une rotation autour de son articulation, permettant l'ouverture du couvercle.
