A process is disclosed for separating a fraction which contains low and medium boiling substances from a mixture of low, medium and high boiling substances. The mixture is treated at the bottom of the distillation column with low boiling vapour, enriching the low boiling vapour with medium boiling substances which can then be extracted at the temperature level of the low boiling substance.

Ce procédé sert à séparer une fraction contenant des substances à bas et moyen points d'ébullition contenues dans un mélange de substances à bas, moyen et haut points d'ébullition. Le mélange est traité au bas de la colonne de distillation avec de la vapeur à bas point d'ébullition, de façon à enrichir la vapeur à bas point d'ébullition en substances à point d'ébullition moyen, ce qui permet de les extraire au niveau de la température de la substance à bas point d'ébullition.
