The invention relates to new arylglycinamide derivatives of general formula I (see formula I) and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein R1 and R2 together with the N to which they are bound form a ring of the formula (see formula II) in which R3, R4, R5, Ar, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10, R11, r, s, and t have the meanings given in the specification and the preparation and use thereof. The new compounds are valuable neurokinin (tachykinin) antagonists.

L'invention concerne également la production et l'utilisation de ces nouveaux composés qui sont de précieux antagonistes de la neurokinine (tachykinine).
