The invention relates to the preparation of protein toxins from yeasts so- called killer yeasts using genetic technology in order to control human pathogenic and plant pathogenic yeasts and/or fungi, whereby these are selectively destroyed. The high specificity enables the protein toxins to be used as an antifungal agent and/or fungicide. In addition, protein toxins of this type can be used for protecting plants.
L'invention concerne la préparation par technique génétique, de toxines protéiques à base de levures (dites levures tueuses), pour lutter contre des levures et/ou des moisissures pathogènes chez l'homme et les végétaux, qui sont tuées de manière sélective. La grande spécificité permet d'utiliser les toxines protéiques comme antimycotique et/ou comme fongicide. Ces toxines protéiques peuvent également s'utiliser dans le domaine phytosanitaire.
