A structure of a terminal connection in an electric motor with a speed reducer permits easy and smooth connection between a brush terminal and a power terminal simply by installing a case cover to a case frame. A support plate fixed to the case cover is divided into a terminal half provided with a power terminal and an output shaft half disposed on the output shaft side. The terminal half is supported in such a manner that it is allowed to move with respect to the output shaft half.
