This invention relates to methods for use in industrial production of proteins. Specifically, the present invention provides a method of recycling solid supports for cultivation of anchorage-dependent cells such as, e.g., microcarriers and Fibra-Cell® disks. Solid supports recycled by a method of the present invention allow obtaining a protein productivity level comparable to the productivity level obtained with non-recycled solid support. The method comprises the steps of rinsing with water, rinsing with a sodium hydroxide solution and second rinsing step with water.

L'invention concerne des méthodes à utiliser pour une production industrielle de protéines. En particulier, l'invention concerne une méthode de recyclage de supports solides pour la culture de cellules dépendant d'un ancrage, notamment, par exemple, des microsupports et des disques en Fibra-Cel?® ¿. Les supports solides recyclés par cette méthode permettent d'obtenir une niveau de productivité de protéines comparable au niveau de productivité obtenu avec un support non recyclé. Cette méthode consiste à effectuer un rinçage avec de l'eau, un rinçage avec une solution d'hydroxyde de sodium et un second rinçage avec de l'eau.
