Method of producing a nonwoven material by hydroentangling of a fibre web, whereby dry fibres, natural and/or synthetic, are metered into a dispersion vessel (111), possibly after pre-wetting, the fibres being dispersed in a foamable liquid comprising water and a tenside, for forming a foamed fibre dispersion, which is applied to a wire (118) and drained. The formed fibre web is subjected to hydroentangling directly after forming and the foamable liquid, after having passed through the wire, is recirculated to the dispersion vessel in a simple closed circuit.
Procédé de production d'un matériau non tissé par enchevêtrement d'une bande de fibres au moyen de jets d'eau sous pression, ledit procédé consistant à placer dans une cuve de dispersion (111) des fibres sèches, naturelles et/ou synthétiques, éventuellement après une humidification préalable, lesdites fibres étant dispersées dans un liquide expansible composé d'eau et d'un tensioactif, de manière à obtenir une dispersion expansée de fibres, laquelle est appliquée sur une toile (118) et évacuée. La bande de fibres est soumise directement au processus d'enchevêtrement par jets d'eau sous pression après sa constitution et le liquide expansible, après son passage à travers la toile, est remis en circulation vers la cuve de dispersion en un circuit fermé simple.
