The invention relates to a buckle folder machine with two or three folder pockets and several folding rollers mounted in a folding block which can be detached from the machine frame. The sheets are fed to the folding block via transport devices (14, 15) along an input plane in the direction of travel of the paper and delivered along an output plane in the same direction. The input plane (E) and output plane (A) are situated on substantially the same plane (M- M). The folding rollers (5-8) and machine pockets (11, 12) are arranged in the folding block (2) in such a way that the sheet input (16) and sheet output (17) are also situated in the area of this common plane (M-M) in line with the position in which the folding block (2) is mounted inside the machine frame (1). All folding rollers (5-8) are connected to each other in the folding block (2) via coupling gear wheels (20-23) positioned on either end of each folding roller (5-9). The drive mechanism (24) is located in the machine frame (1) and in the area of the folding block (2) has a drive gear (25) positioned in same machine frame which in a first mounting position of the folding block (2) meshes with one (22) of the coupling gear wheels. One (8) of the folding rollers has a driven gear (26) at its other end which meshes with the drive gear (25) in a second mounting position of the folding block in which said block is inserted into the machine frame (1) in such a way that it is turned 180 ~ in relation to its first mounting position around an imaginary axis extending parallel in the direction of travel of the paper.
L'invention concerne une plieuse à poches comportant deux ou trois poches de pliage et plusieurs rouleaux de pliage montés dans un bloc de pliage qui peut être détaché du bâti de la machine. Les feuilles sont acheminées au bloc de pliage par l'intermédiaire de dispositifs de transport (14, 15) le long d'un plan d'entrée, dans le sens de déplacement du papier, et évacuées le long d'un plan de sortie dans la même direction. Le plan d'entrée (E) et le plan de sortie (A) sont situés pratiquement dans un plan commun (M-M). Les rouleaux de pliage (5-8) et les poches de pliage (11, 12) sont placés dans le bloc de pliage (2) de sorte que l'entrée (16) et la sortie (17) de la feuille, dans la position de montage respective du bloc de pliage (2) dans le bâti de machine (1), soient situées au niveau de ce plan commun (M-M). Toutes les poches de pliage (5-8) sont reliées entre elles dans le bloc de pliage (2) par l'intermédiaire de roues dentées d'accouplement (20-23) qui sont placées à l'extrémité respective de chaque rouleau d'aplatissement (5-9). L'entraînement (24) est monté dans le bâti de machine (1) et présente, au niveau du bloc de pliage (2), un pignon d'entraînement (25) monté dans le bâti de machine, qui, dans une première position de montage du bloc de pliage (2), s'engrène avec une (22) des roues dentées d'accouplement. Un (8) des rouleaux de pliage comporte à son autre extrémité un pignon de sortie (26) qui s'engrène avec le pignon d'entraînement (25), dans une deuxième position de montage du bloc de pliage, dans laquelle le bloc est inséré dans le bâti (1), en étant tourné de 180· par rapport à sa première position de montage, autour d'un axe imaginaire s'étendant parallèlement au sens de déplacement du papier.
