An enclosure is provided herein for electronic equipment, especially for, e.g., laser printers, that must be protected from dirt and dust. The enclosure has air intake means and exhaust means. The enclosure includes a plurality of abutting walls defining an at least partial case forming a cavity, the case having at least one air intake vent and at least one air outlet. Air-conditioning means have separate air input and air output sections, the unit being housed at least partially within the case. A first horizontal support surface defines the top of the case, the first horizontal support surface being adapted to hold the electrical components thereon. An openable cover is disposed adjacent to the air outlet in the partial case. By such structure, the cover sealingly- encompasses the at least one air outlet and at least a side of at least one electronic component having air intake means. Conditioned air from the air-conditioning means is forced from the air outlet in the case into the cover and the air intake means of the electrical component.
