An ostomy bag (8) with a wall (10) of a flexible material and a first coupling member (14) for detachably coupling the ostomy bag with an implant (9), for example an implant surrounding the stoma, and designed with a circumferential groove (15). The first coupling member (14) is a spring ring (1) composed of a spring wire (2) having end parts (3) extending a distance past each other. Along the opening (13) of the ostomy bag, an edge reinforcement (14) is made by joining of at least a part of the spring ring (1) and an area of the wall (10) of the ostomy bag, and on each end part (3) of the spring wire is a handle (4) for opening the spring ring (1) on overcoming the spring power in said spring ring so that the edge reinforcement (14) can pass over the circumferential groove (15) of the implant (9) at mounting and decoupling of the ostomy bag (8). In a simple manner and without causing the stomi-operated patient any incomvenience, the ostomy bag (8) can be coupled on for example an implant (9) to form a tightfitting connection between the implant (9) and the ostomy bag (8), and can be quickly and easily decoupled the implant in a similarly simple manner when the ostomy bag is to be changed.
La présente invention concerne une poche (8) pour stomie avec une paroi (10) en matériau souple et un premier raccord (14) destiné à raccorder de façon démontable cette poche pour stomie à un implant (9), par exemple un implant avoisinant la stomie, et conçu avec une encoche (15) périphérique. Ce premier raccord (14) est une bague élastique (1) composée d'un fil ressort (2) dont les extrémités (3) sont situées chacune à une distance au delà de l'autre. Le long de l'ouverture (13) de cette poche pour stomie, la jonction d'une partie au moins de la bague élastique (1) et d'une région de la paroi (10) constitue un bord de renfort (14), et sur chaque extrémité (3) du fil ressort une poignée (4) permet d'ouvrir la bague élastique (1) par une surpression sur l'effet ressort dans cette bague élastique de façon que le bord de renfort (14) puisse passer par dessus l'encoche périphérique de l'implant (9) lors du montage et du démontage de cette poche (8). On peut raccorder cette poche (8) d'une manière simple et sans inconvénient pour le patient concerné, à un implant (9), par exemple, afin de constituer une connexion bien ajustée entre cet implant (9) et la poche pour stomie (8), et on peut facilement démonter cette dernière d'une manière aussi simple lorsqu'il s'agit de changer cette poche.
