A multi particulate pharmaceutical composition of rapid release particles and controlled release particles comprising tramadol or a salt thereof is provided. The composition provides a rapid and controlled release of tramadol or a salt thereof in a substantially pH independent manner after oral administration to a subject. The composition can be included in a capsule, caplet, sachet, or other solid dosage form adapted to retain and then release solid pharmaceutical compositions.
La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique multiparticulaire de particules à libération rapide et de particules à libération contrôlée comprenant du tramadol ou un de ses sels. La composition assure une libération rapide et une libération contrôlée du tramadol ou d'un de ses sels d'une manière pratiquement indépendante du pH après administration orale à un sujet. La composition peut être incluse dans une capsule, un comprimé, un sachet ou une autre forme galénique solide adaptée à retenir puis à libérer les compositions pharmaceutiques solides.
