The invention relates to a device for dosed dispensing of a liquid from a container, comprising a housing (3) manufactured from plastic which can be connected to the container, a pump accommodated therein which can be operated by a trigger (8), and means (14) for resetting the trigger to a starting position. The housing takes a thin-walled form, for instance of polypropylene with a wall thickness of less than 1 mm, and has a number of stiffening ribs (17) extending inward from its side walls, while the pump can have a number of protruding supports engaging on the side walls of the housing. The trigger and the resetting means of the dosing device can be manufactured from a relatively more rigid type of plastic than the housing, for instance from a stiffer variant of the plastic used in the housing and/or the pump, and can be manufactured integrally. The invention also relates to a method for assembling such a dosing device.
L~invention concerne un dispositif pour la distribution dosée d~un liquide à partir d~un récipient. Ledit dispositif comprend un logement (3) fait de plastique qui peut être relié au récipient, une pompe logée dans celui-ci qui peut être actionnée par une gâchette (8) et des moyens (14) destinés à remettre la gâchette dans une position de départ. Le logement présente une paroi mince, par exemple en polypropylène avec une épaisseur de paroi inférieure à 1 mm, et comporte un nombre de nervures de renforcement (17) s~étendant vers l~intérieur à partir de ses parois latérales, alors que la pompe peut avoir un nombre de supports en saillie s~engageant sur les parois latérales du logement. La gâchette et les moyens de remise à la position de départ du dispositif de dosage peuvent être faits d~un type de plastique relativement plus rigide que le logement, par exemple d~une variante plus raide du plastique utilisé dans le logement et/ou la pompe, et peuvent être fabriqués de façon solidaire. L~invention concerne également un procédé destiné à assembler un tel dispositif de dosage.
