The process applies an electrical current to a solution of water and electrolyzing agent, causing the water to separate into hydrogen gas and oxygen gas (electrolysis). Said gases, when introduced into the air intake manifold of internal combustion engines powered by conventional fossil-fuels improves the combustion efficiency of the burn resulting in significant decreases in greenhouse gas emissions and fuel consumption. The improvements include a power supply pack that regulates predetermined variable input and output DC-electrical current from the battery to the unit and controlled by throttle settings; time-delay and monitoring capabilities. An atmospheric water recovery system eliminating the need for manual refills. A dedicated independent secondary alternator and electrical source. Scalability allowing installation under the hood of vehicles. Solid stainless steel plates, nuts, bolts, splash plates, anode and cathode terminals. All components totally encased in plastic modules, fitted with special safety valves; completely enclosed in a custom-built box.
