An improved sticking piece for health promotion is described. In order to obtain a universal availability and cost reduction, a stimulator having a flat base portion and at least a projection is fixed onto an adhesive sheet so that the projec- tion may be held pushing effective spots or affective parts in use. The stimulator may preferably have a first projection crossing center of the base portion and a pair of second projec- tions positioned in parallel with the first projection at the both sides. The second projections are made lower than the first projection so that the stimulator may work to give stimulation with different strength.
