RECONFIGURABLE RF MATCHING CIRCUIT ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An RF fiber optic link that includes a laser diode transmitter, a photodiode detector receiver, a means of optically connecting the transmitter and receiver, and respective reconfigurable active RF matching circuits for the laser input and the photodiode output. Reconfiguration of the active RF matching circuits is achieved by electri- cal or optical control signals.
