The invention provides a light curing method, including: providing a light curing apparatus having at least one light source, at least one fan and a curing volume. A first polymerizable shaped material is positioned within the curing volume. The light source and the fan are controlled to heat the first polymerizable shaped material to temperatures within a first temperature range. The light source and the fan are controlled to maintain the first polymerizable shaped material at temperatures within the first temperature range for at least 1 minute. A second polymerizable shaped material is positioned within the curing volume. The light source and the fan are controlled to heat the second polymerizuable shaped material to temperatures eithin a second temperature range. The light source and the fan are controlled to maintain the second polymerizable shaped material at temperatures within the second temperature range for at least 1 minute. The first temperature range has afirst midpoint and the second temperature range has a second midpoint. The first midpoint is at least 15 ~C from the second midpoint.

Le procédé de photolymérisation de l'invention repose sur l'emploi d'une installation de photopolymérisation comprenant au moins une source lumineuse, au moins un ventilateur et un espace de polymérisation. On place un premier matériau formé polymérisable dans l'espace de polymérisaiton. On règle la source lumineuse et le ventilateur de manière à chauffer le matériau façonné polymérisable à des températures comprises à l'intérieur d'une première fourchette, ceci pendant au moins 1 minute. On dispose un second matériau formé polymérisable dans l'espace de polymérisation et l'on règle la source lumineuse et le ventilateur de manière à chauffer ledit matériau à des températures situées dans une seconde fourchette, ceci pendant au moins 1 minute. La première plage de températures comporte un premier point médian, la seconde place de températures un second point médian. Le premier point médian est séparé du second point médian d'au moins 15 ·C.
