The invention relates to a valve means for a flow pipe, the valve means (1) comprising a cylindrical or sleeve like body part (11) having a length (L) which is longer than the extension (1) of the flow opening (4) in the flow pipe (2). The body part (11) is fastenable to the flow pipe (2) or to a branch part (17) of the flow pipe (2) by a connecting means (12,13), whereby the connecting means comprises a first flange means (12) extending in a first direction of the flow pipe (2) and a second flange means (13) extending in a direction opposite to the first direction of the flow pipe (2), said first and second flange means 12,13) being fastened to the body part (11). The body part (11) is made of a flexible structure in order to provide for the valve function in a simple manner.
