The present invention relates to a system and method for implementing digital signatures using one time private keys. A system (5) implements digital signatures over a network and comprises a signing entity (20), a secure server (30), an OTPK (One Time Private Key) module (40) and an authentication server (50). The signing entity (20), the secure server (30), the OTPK module (40) and the authetication and certification server (50) are able to communicate with each other through established protocols of secure communications. The OTPK module (40) performs the function of generating only new asymmetric key pairs and also performs the functinos of generating digital signatures or digitally signing the transactions. The transactions or instructions are authorised by way of a digital signature and once the digital signature has been generated using a private key, this private key is irretrievably deleted and the deleted private key can longer be re-used).
L'invention concerne un système et un procédé d'implémentation de signatures numériques par clefs privées à usage unique. Le système (5) selon l'invention implémente des signatures numériques sur un réseau et se compose d'une entité signataire (20), d'un serveur sécurisé (30), d'un module (40) clef privée à usage unique (OTPK) et d'un serveur d'authentification (50). L'entité signataire (20), le serveur sécurisé (30), le module OTPK (40) et le serveur d'authentification et de certification (50) peuvent communiquer entre eux par le biais de protocoles établis de communications sécurisées. Le module OTPK (40) permet de générer des paires de clefs asymétriques uniquement nouvelles et de générer également des signatures numériques ou de signer numériquement des transactions. Les transactions ou les instructions sont autorisées par signature numérique et une fois la signature numérique générée par l'utilisation d'une clef privée, cette dernière est détruite de manière irréversible et ne peut plus être réutilisée.
