A disposable shoulder pad which can be attached directly to the inside shoulder area of a garment by means of an adhesive layer, thereby eliminating the need for sewing. The pad comprises a curved body with a layer of adhesive on the top (convex) side. A removable, protective cover is layered over the adhesive. The materials are low cost, biodegradable, piper products, allowing for economical disposal and replacement. The pad is expeditiously inserted and removed from a garment.
