In a tool for scribing parallel guide lines length- wise on the finishing side of gypsum board. In this inven- tion, a guide able to roll along the edge of the material to be scribed is mounted parallel at each end to the outside surface of a handle, extending perpendicularly from the inside surface of the handle is a main arm, on which at least two slidable pencil holders are secured at desired locations along the arm, an extension arm is mounted temporarily to the end of the main arm and additional pencil holders are used when other materials are to be scribed.
