ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Described are hetero-aryloxy-.beta.-carbolines of the formula (I), in which RA is a triazine-condensed or benzo-condensed heteroaryl entity with 1-2 nitrogen atoms, which may optionally be substituted by halogen, C1-6alkyl, C1-6alkoxy, C1-6alkylthio, trifluoromethyl or SO2-R1, or a 5 or 6- membered hetero-aryl entity with 1-2 nitrogen atoms, substituted by halogen, C1-6alkyl, C1-6alkoxy, C1-6alkylthio, trifluoromethyl or SO2-R1. Also described is the preparation of these compounds and their use in medicaments.
