This invention relates to an endoprosthesis for the treatment of blood-vessel bifurcation stenosis that is characterised by the fact that it comprises three tubular sections (110, 120 and 140) and two connectors (130 and 150), namely: a proximal section (110), a first distal section (120) aligned at least approximately with the proximal section (110) and intended for insertion into a first blood vessel (T2) branching off on the bifurcation, the first distal section (120) being linked to the proximal section (110) by a first lateral connector (130) and a second distal section (140), located at the side of the first distal section (120) and intended for insertion into a second vessel (T3) branching off from the bifurcation, the two distal sections (120 and 140) having their proximal ends linked by a second connector (150). The invention also relates to a double-balloon dilation system.
L'invention concerne une endoprothèse conçue pour le traitement de la sténose de bifurcation de vaisseaux sanguins, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend trois sections tubulaires (120, 120 et 140) et deux connecteurs (130 et 150), à savoir: une section proximale (110), une première section distale (120) alignée au moins approximativement sur la section proximale (110) et conçue pour être introduite dans un premier vaisseau sanguin (T2) déviant sur la bifurcation, la première section distale (120) étant reliée à la section proximale (110) par un premier connecteur latéral (130) ainsi qu'une deuxième section distale (140), située sur le côté de la première section distale (120) et conçue pour être introduite dans un deuxième vaisseau (T3) déviant depuis la bifurcation, les deux sections distales (120 et 140) ayant leurs extrémités proximales reliées par un deuxième connecteur (150). L'invention concerne également un système de dilatation à double ballonnet.
