A disposable absorbent article, such as a diaper. The disposable absorbent article has a first topsheet with apertures large enough for low-viscosity fecal material to pass through to a secondary topsheet. The secondary topsheet immobilizes the fecal material in position for dewatering so that the liquid components of the fecal material are absorbed by the core and the solid components of the fecal material are separated from the liquid components. This arrangement provides for easier cleaning of the water when the soiled disposable absorbent article is removed.
L'invention concerne un article absorbant jetable, tel qu'une couche pour bébé. L'article absorbant jetable comporte une première feuille supérieure pourvue d'ouvertures suffisamment larges afin que la matière fécale de faible viscosité puisse passer dans une feuille supérieure secondaire. La feuille supérieure secondaire immobilise la matière fécale sur place pour qu'elle se déssèche de sorte que les composants liquides de la matière fécale soient absorbés par le centre et que les composants solides de la matière fécale soient séparés des composants liquides. Cet agencement permet de changer plus facilement l'utilisateur lorsqu'on retire l'article absorbant jetable, souillé.
