Disclosed are: a porous solid phase for use in a binding assay method, which enables the analysis of a sample of interest (e.g., whole blood) rapidly, conveniently, accurately and at low cost without the need of any specific pretreatment procedure after the collection of the sample; and a binding assay method using the porous solid phase. Specifically disclosed are: a porous solid phase for use in a binding assay, which is characterized in that at least one surfactant selected from the group consisting of the following surfactants (A) to (C) is added to the porous solid phase before a sample to be measured is added to the porous solid phase: (A) a sugar-containing surfactant comprising a compound represented by general formula (I), (B) a sugar-containing surfactant comprising a sucrose fatty acid ester in which a fatty acid component has 5 to 14 carbon atoms, and (C) a steroid-type surfactant; and a binding assay method using the porous solid phase.

L'invention porte sur : une phase solide poreuse pour une utilisation dans un procédé d'essai de liaison, qui permet l'analyse d'un échantillon d'intérêt (par exemple, du sang total) de manière rapide, commode, précise et à faible coût sans le besoin d'une quelconque procédure de prétraitement spécifique après la collecte de l'échantillon ; et un procédé d'essai de liaison utilisant la phase solide poreuse. De manière spécifique, l'invention porte sur : une phase solide poreuse pour une utilisation dans un essai de liaison, qui est caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un agent tensio-actif, choisi dans le groupe constitué par les agents tensio-actifs suivants (A) à (C), est ajouté à la phase solide poreuse avant qu'un échantillon devant être mesuré ne soit ajouté à la phase solide poreuse : (A) un agent tensio-actif contenant un sucre, comprenant un composé représenté par la formule générale (I), (B) un agent tensio-actif contenant un sucre, comprenant un ester d'acide gras à base de sucrose dans lequel un composant d'acide gras comporte 5 à 14 atomes de carbone et (C) un agent tensio-actif de type stéroïde ; et un procédé d'essai de liaison à l'aide de la phase solide poreuse.
