The heater characterized by the fact, that is being determined by at least one segment (1) which in side-view resembles letter "L" in upside-down position and each segment (1) is created from the housing, where heating element is fixed, at the same time the housing improvingly consists of parietal part (2) as well as upper part (3). Parietal part (2) of the housing comprises full partition, whereas the upper part (3) of the housing is equipped with slits (6, 7), improvingly rectangular in shape.
