VI 4093/91 Abstract There is described a method for the identification of the presence or absence of antibodies against the envelope antigen and against the core antigen of Epstein-Barr virus in a biological fluid by means of fluorescence measurement and fluorescence microscopic evaluation, which method comprises using the anticomplement immunofluorescence technique and P3HR-1 cells as the antigen.
