The invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions and methods for treating and/or preventing Helicobacter pylori-associated disorders, particularly disorders of the gastrointestinal tract. The pharmaceutical compositions comprise as active ingredient a therapeutically effective amount of a compound which inhibits the growth-enhancing effect of gastrin on H. pylori. The active ingredient may specifically be a compound which is capable of inhibiting gastrin uptake by H. pylori, and/or which is an antagonist of the human or H. pylori gastrin receptor.
La présente invention concerne des compositions pharmaceutiques pour le traitement de troubles associés au Helicobacter pilori, en particulier de troubles de l'appareil gastrointestinal. Ces compositions pharmaceutiques comprennent comme principe actif une dose thérapeutiquement efficace d'un composé qui inhibe l'effet stimulateur de croissance de la gastrine sur H.pylori Le principe actif peut être plus spécialement un composé capable d'inhiber la prise de gastrine par H.pylori et/ou qui est un antagoniste du récepteur humain ou de H.pylori de la gastrine.
