An arrangement in a load-ing/unloading buoy for use in shallow waters, wherein the buoy (1) is arranged for introduction and releasable securement in a downwardly open receiving space in a floating vessel, the buoy comprising a bottom-anchored centre member (2) for the passage of medium from or to a transfer line (25) which is coupled to the underside of the centre member (2), and an outer member (4) which is rotatably mounted on the centre member to allow turning of the vessel about the centre member when the outer member is secured in the receiving space. The buoy is provided with a bottom support structure (15) which is connected to the centre member (2) of the buoy and arranged for support of the buoy at the sea bed (16) when it is not in use, and to the centre member of the buoy there are connected a number of mooring lines (21) extending outwards from the buoy (1) a substantial distance along the sea bed (16) and having an inherent elasticity allowing raising of the buoy from the sea bed.
Agencement pour une bouée de chargement/déchargement utilisée dans des eaux peu profondes, cette bouée (1) étant conçue pour être introduite et fixée libérable dans un espace de réception ouvert vers le bas dans un navire. La bouée comprend un élément central (2) ancré au fond du plan d'eau, qui permet le passage d'un milieu fluide à partir d'une conduite de transfert (25) couplée à la partie inférieure de l'élément central (2), ou vers celle-ci, ainsi qu'un élément externe (4) monté rotatif sur l'élément central de sorte que le navire puisse être amené à tourner autour de l'élément central lorsque l'élément externe est fixé dans l'espace de réception. La bouée est pourvue d'une structure de support inférieure (15) qui est reliée à l'élément central (2) et qui est conçue pour soutenir la bouée sur le fond marin (16) lorsqu'elle n'est pas utilisée. Un certain nombre de câbles d'amarrage (21), reliés audit élément central, s'étendent à partir de la bouée (1) sur une distance importante le long du fond marin (16), ces câbles présentant une élasticité inhérente qui permet à la bouée d'être soulevée par rapport au fond marin.
