A Ground Fault Interrupter ("GFI") combined with a plug-receiving receptacle is mounted on a plastic bucket. The bucket is additionally configured with a weathertight opening through which a three prong male end of a pigtail electrically connected to the GFI/receptacle unit may pass. A resealable lid provides a weathertight covering for the bucket so that the combination is functional during field use or for final storage for user transport of tools and other electrical apparatus The device is optionally configured with a removable, storable, pedestal pole-mounted light assembly. A pedestal light support flange is attached to the interior base of the bucket,and container-sized pole sections substantially the same height of the container are available for assembling the light pole when needed by a user. The light is powered by the GFI/receptacle unit carried by the bucket.
