A retorted liquid soup concentrate package (of about 70 to 100g contents) expressible from the package when opened and dilutable with boiling or near boiling water (at a dilution ratio water/concentrate of from 1.9:1 to 2.5:1) to a lump free ready to eat soup form at at least 55~C (preferably 60 to 65~C) and a target volume less than 400mls (preferably 250-300mls).

L'invention concerne un conditionnement de concentré de soupe liquide autoclavé (contenant environ 70 à 100 g de contenu), qui peut être extrait du conditionnement après l'ouverture de celui-ci et dilué avec de l'eau bouillante ou presque bouillante (selon un rapport de dilution eau/concentré compris entre 1,9:1 et 2,5:1) pour former une soupe instantanée sans grumeaux qui présente une température d'au moins 55 ·C (de préférence entre 60 et 65·C), dont le volume voulu est inférieur à 400 ml (de préférence 250-300 ml).
