Methods, apparatuses, and kits for fractionating complex mixtures of biological molecules are provided. In one aspect the methods provided include providing a series of different sorbents, introducing the complex mixture to the series of sorbents, contacting serially the complex mixture with each of the sorbents, and capturing biomolecular components from the complex mixture on the sorbents so that each of the sorbents captures a substantially unique subset of said plurality of biomolecular components.
L'invention porte sur un procédé, des appareils et des trousses de fractionnement de mélanges complexes de molécules biologiques. Selon l'un de ses aspects, le procédé consiste: à se procurer une série de sorbants différents, à mettre le mélange complexe en présence de la série de sorbants, à mettre en contact successivement le mélange complexe avec chacun des sorbants, et à recueillir sur les sorbants les éléments biomoléculaires du mélange de manière à ce que chacun des sorbants ne recueille sensiblement qu'un seul des sous-ensembles d'éléments biomoléculaires.
