A disc cartridge includes a cartridge main body (2) having a lower surface where an opening (24) is provided for recording/reproduction, an inner rotor (4) arranged rotatably in the cartridge main body (2) and having an opening (44) corresponding to the opening (24), and a shutter member for opening the openings (22, 44) when the opening (24) is matched with the opening (44) by rotation of the inner rotor (4).
