The present invention provides novel 16,23-diene 25-oxime ether analogs of 1 ,25-dihydroxy vitamin D3, compositions comprising these compounds and methods of using these compounds as inhibitors of CYP24. In particular, the novel compound of the invention are useful for treating diseases which benefit from a modulation of the levels of 1 ,25-dihydroxy vitamin D3, for example, cell- proliferative disorders.
L'invention concerne de nouveaux analogues éther d'oxime 16,23-diène 25 de 1.alpha.,25-dihydroxy vitamine D3, des compositions renfermant ces composés et des procédés d'utilisation de ces derniers comme inhibiteurs de CYP24. Plus précisément, les nouveaux composés selon l'invention servent dans le traitement de maladies bénéficiant d'une modulation des niveaux de 1.alpha.,25-dihydroxy vitamine D3, par exemple des troubles de prolifération cellulaire.
