System comprising a CIC hearing aid that is constructed from a first universal part containing microphone, amplifier and loudspeaker and a second part that is adapted to the auditory canal of the patient. The hearing aid is of a digitally programmable design. The programming is carried out by way of a cable. Since a connection to the first part is not easy to make on account of lack of space, it is proposed according to the invention to use an auxiliary part that replaces the first part and is used for establishing the desired amplifier characteristics. The desired amplifier characteristics obtained in this way are transmitted to the first part to be used by the patient by means of contacts that are accessible when the aid is removed from the ear.
L'invention concerne un système comprenant un appareil auditif de type CIC (complètement intra-canal), constitué d'une première partie universelle qui comprend un microphone, un amplificateur et un haut-parleur, et d'une seconde partie adaptée au canal auditif du patient. Il s'agit d'un appareil auditif à conception numériquement programmable. La programmation s'effectue au moyen d'un câble. Sachant qu'il n'est pas facile d'établir une connexion avec la première partie par manque d'espace, on utilise, aux fins de l'invention, une partie auxiliaire qui remplace la première partie et qui permet d'établir les caractéristiques d'amplificateur souhaitées. Les caractéristiques d'amplificateur ainsi établies sont transmises à la première partie destinée à être utilisée par le patient, au moyen de contacts devenant accessibles lorsque l'appareil auditif est extrait de l'oreille.
