A nano sized particle for in vitro or ex vivo biomolecule delivery to cell cultures through heat induced endosomal release comprising a superparamagnetic core coated in a heat sensitive coating, comprising membrane disruptive components and binding sites for attachment of biomolecules and markers to be delivered. A method for introducing the release effect of a plurality of said biomolecule and endosomal disrupture molecules by applying an alternating field to a cell culture harbouring the particle described by the invention.

L'invention concerne une particule de taille nanométrique pour la remise d'une molécule in vitro ou ex vivo à des cultures cellulaires par le biais d'une libération endosomale induite par chaleur comprenant un noyau superparamagnétique logé dans un revêtement sensible à la chaleur, comportant des composants perturbateurs de la membrane et des sites de liaison pour la fixation des biomolécules et des marqueurs devant être remis. Elle concerne également un procédé pour introduire l'effet de libération de plusieurs des biomolécules en question et de molécules de la disrupture endosomale par l'application d'un champ alternatif à une culture cellulaire hébergeant la particule décrite par l'invention.
