The present invention relates to thienylacetic acid derivatives of the general formula I (see fig. I) in which X denotes -O- or -NH-; . R1 denotes hydrogen, the group -CH2-CO-R3 or the group -CO-CH2-NH2; R2 denotes hydrogen, (C1-C4)-alkyl or the radical R1 and R3 denotes (C1-C4)-alkoxy, hydroxyl or amino, it not being possible for both R1 and R2 to represent hydrogen when X denotes O, as well as the pharmaceutically tolerated salts thereof, process for the preparation thereof and pharmaceuticals containing these and the preparation thereof. These thienylacetic acid derivatives have valuable pharmacological properties and can be used, for example, to treat disorders of brain function such as cerebral insufficiency, cerebral aging processes and diminished memory efficiency as well as in tests which measure learning and memory efficiency.
La présente invention porte sur des dérivés d'acide thiénylacétique de formule générale I (voir fig. I), dans laquelle X représente -O- ou -NH-; R1 représente de l'hydrogène, le groupe -CH2-CO-R3 ou le groupe -CO-CH2-NH2; R2 représente de l'hydrogène ou un alkyle (C1-C4), ou encore les radicaux R1 et R3 représentent un alcoxy (C1-C4), un hydroxyle ou un amino, à la condition que R1 et R2 ne soient pas tous les deux de l'hydrogène lorsque X est O; ainsi que sur leurs sels de qualité pharmaceutique; méthode pour les préparer et produits pharmaceutiques à base de ces composés, avec leur préparation. Ces dérivés d'acide thiénylacétique possèdent d'excellentes propriétés pharmacologiques et peuvent servir, par exemple, pour traiter les problèmes au niveau des fonctions cérébrales, comme la carence cérébrale, le processus de vieillissement cérébral et une mémoire diminuée, ainsi que dans des essais mesurant la capacité d'apprentissage et la mémoire.
