ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A composition of an oil-soluble, olefin-based polymer and an oil-soluble polar polymer having nitrogen func- tionality, wherein the polymers in combination in oil exhibit incompatibility as evidenced by phase separation, shows improved compatibility by addition to the mixture of certain hydrocarbyl substituted hydroxyaromatic materials.
