A system for drilling and logging of a wellbore formed in an earth formation is provided. The system comprises a log- ging tool string and a drill string having a longitudinal channel for circulation of drilling fluid, the drill string including a port providing fluid communication between the channel and the exterior of the drill string, the channel and the port being ar- ranged to allow the logging tool string to pass through the channel and from the channel through the port to a position exterior of the drill string. The system further comprises a re- movable closure element adapted to selectively close the port, wherein the logging tool string is provided with connecting means for selectively connecting the logging tool string to the closure element.

L'invention concerne un système destiné à effectuer le forage et la diagraphie d'un puits créé dans une formation géologique. Le système comprend une colonne pour outil de diagraphie et une colonne de forage possédant un canal longitudinal destiné à la circulation du fluide de forage, la colonne de forage comprenant un orifice assurant la communication par fluides entre le canal et l'extérieur de la colonne de forage. Le canal et l'orifice sont aménagés de manière à permettre à l'outil de diagraphie de passer à travers le canal puis à travers l'orifice pour se mettre dans une position à l'extérieur de la colonne de forage. Le système comprend également un élément obturateur amovible conçu pour obturer sélectivement l'orifice, l'outil de diagraphie étant pourvu d'un raccord servant à relier sélectivement l'outil de diagraphie à l'élément obturateur.
