The invention relates to a preparation for the prophylaxis of restenosis. Sufficient active ingredient concentration in the relevant areas of the blood vessel walls cannot be achieved with preparations for the prophylaxis of restenosis known in prior art due to the fact that higher doses cause side effects. According to the invention, at least one lipophilic, anti- hyperplastic active ingredient having a distribution coefficient between butanol and water of >= 0.5 is added to a preparation. A sufficient amount of the lipophilic active ingredient is rapidly absorbed in the blood vessel wall. The preparation can be liquid or distributed by capillarity and can contain a contrast medium so that passage of active ingredients to the blood vessels occurs without further complications as is normally required in contrast images. The preparation can also be applied on a catheter.
La présente invention concerne une préparation de prévention de la resténose. Les préparations de prévention de la resténose de l'état de la technique ne permettent pas d'obtenir une concentration en principe actif suffisante dans les sections concernées des parois vasculaires, des dosages plus élevés pouvant entraîner des effets secondaires indésirables. Selon l'invention, à une préparation est ajoutée au moins un principe actif lipophile antihyperplasique qui a un coefficient de répartition entre le butanol et l'eau de >= 0,5. Le principe actif lipophile est absorbé par les parois vasculaires rapidement et en quantité suffisante. La préparation peut être liquide et diffusible par capillarité, et peut contenir un agent de contraste de sorte que, pour les prises de vue par contraste d'ordinaire requises, a lieu un passage du principe actif dans la paroi vasculaire, sans frais supplémentaires. La préparation peut également être appliquée sur une sonde.
